Tati began practicing yoga in 2014, while completing the final stage of her Theatre degree in southern Brazil. Since her performing arts studies already explored the relationship between body and mind, yoga naturally became a fertile space to deepen her search for a more refined presence and a gentler way of looking at life.
She first joined Vinyasa yoga classes, later exploring Hatha, Ashtanga, and Iyengar during those early years. From 2019 onward, she developed a steady Ashtanga practice at Agora under the guidance of teacher Sonia Ama, finding a path toward a more autonomous practice.
Driven by a strong desire to deepen her yoga studies, Tati returned to Brazil in 2020, just before the pandemic began, and completed a 200-hour Hatha yoga teacher training with Tales Nunes. His approach offered a safe environment for asana practice and continued to inspire her through yoga philosophy.

Tati is deeply drawn to the meeting point of ancestral wisdoms. Whether through yoga philosophy or indigenous traditions, she carries a careful attention to vitality, community building, and the many expressions of life.
For her, yoga is both a path and a poetic way of being in the world: more open, enchanted, and attentive. She also sees it as a powerful tool for de-alienation and for questioning social impositions. Through yoga, Tati nurtures the poetry of living and shares that vision with others.
