
Tanya is a warm, nurturing teacher who creates a supportive space where students can explore their edges with confidence. Her classes encourage self-inquiry, helping each person bring awareness to what may feel hidden while feeling grounded, balanced, and more deeply connected to themselves.
Her yoga journey began many years ago, sparked by a lasting connection to the philosophy of yoga. That interest eventually inspired her to begin her first yoga teacher training and take the path from dedicated student to teacher.
After completing her Level 1 yoga teacher training, Tanya committed herself to teaching and continuing to deepen her understanding of yoga. She has since completed her Level 2 yoga training, further expanding both her knowledge and experience.
Tanya feels grateful to be part of the Free Flow family and is continually inspired by the students she teaches. Her approach reflects that sense of appreciation, care, and ongoing growth throughout her teaching journey.
