Tanushree Rawat brings a thoughtful and well-rounded approach to yoga, guiding students through asanas, pranayama, meditation, mantras, and other traditional yoga practices. Her teaching style reflects both depth of knowledge and practical experience, making her sessions supportive for those looking to build balance, awareness, and inner calm.
She earned her postgraduate degree in Yoga from Sanskrit University in Haridwar in 2011 and later completed a Master of Science in Yogic Science in 2013. Tanushree also finished a six-month certificate training at Ved Niketan Ashram, along with a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program at Jeevmoksha Yoga Gurukul.
Her professional background includes teaching at Ananda in the Himalayas, a world-renowned yoga and spa destination. She has taken part in numerous international seminars and was invited as a speaker at the California Beauty and Spa in Kazakhstan, where she shared insights on yoga, pranayama, meditation, and pregnancy yoga. Tanushree was also honored by the Embassy of India for her active participation in the First International Day of Yoga.
