
Tammah Watts is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a Certified Kripalu Mindful Outdoor Guide, a birder, and a dedicated advocate for equitable access to nature, health, and mental health for everyone. With more than 35 years of service, she has supported communities across private, nonprofit, college, and public-sector settings in managerial, clinical, and consulting roles.
She is also the best-selling author of KEEP LOOKING UP: Your Guide to the Powerful Healing of Birdwatching, a reflection of her deep connection to the natural world and its restorative power. Tammah lives in San Diego, California with her husband, Harrison, and their small dog, Sophie Cat. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, often combining family visits with birdwatching.
