Taita Jhon

From an early age, Taita John Muchavisoy began training to become a traditional indigenous doctor, officially certified by the Colombian Government. He spent more than 15 years in the jungle, undergoing deep preparation and working closely with the medicines of the earth to support people facing physical, emotional, and spiritual challenges.

Today, his journey spans 25 years of learning from elders and teachers, especially his father, the renowned Major Taita Hipotito Muchuviddy, who passed down this knowledge from childhood. For him, ayahuasca is far more than a plant: it is a spirit that reveals itself through ceremony and helps us observe our path through life. It brings us into the present moment, where understanding can begin.
