Taita Diego Marmolejo

Ceremony Guide

At Camino al Sol, Taita Diego Marmolejo serves as a Ceremony Guide within a team of experienced taitas who have worked with Ayahuasca for decades as part of a living indigenous tradition, not through a recent certification program. He leads traditional ceremonies in the mountains of Antioquia, keeping each process rooted in ancestral lineage and authentic practice. International guests are welcomed to the Yaogara reserve, where the families living on the territory help create a warm and safe atmosphere. In the small group setting, his guidance allows for close support before, during, and after the ceremony. Taita Diego is committed to preserving the integrity of the tradition, and every ceremony is guided by traditional ancestral music performed live, never from a playlist. His experience supports the center’s reputation as the longest-running center in Antioquia for foreign visitors, with a refined approach that values safety and transformation over experimentation.
