From an early age, Sylvia was drawn to books and spent much of her time in nature. Her curiosity, along with a deep connection to art, myths, and the natural world, shaped her sense that life holds far more than what the mind alone can perceive.
As Director of Outreach & Community Building at Soltara Healing Center, Sylvia brings a thoughtful and grounded perspective to her work. Drawing on her background in Somatic Experiencing, philosophy, and psychology, she leads outreach with integrity and care. She is devoted to sharing the message of ayahuasca medicine and honoring the Indigenous practices that Soltara is privileged to support, a responsibility she holds with deep respect.
Sylvia applies her expertise as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner to create community-building approaches that are compassionate and ethically informed. Through responsible storytelling, she communicates transformative experiences with honesty and sensitivity, ensuring that each message respects the individual journey. Her work helps foster a community rooted in trust, understanding, and a shared interest in embodiment across body, mind, and spirit.
