Meditation and philosophy teacher Swami Prabodh Chaitanya brings together deep traditional study and a warm, grounded teaching style. A scholar of Yoga-Vedanta with a Master’s degree in English literature, he has studied Sanskrit under H.H. Swami Bodhananda Saraswathi and received Brahmacharya initiation from H.H. Swami Chinmayanandaji, founder of Chinmaya Mission.

He later continued his study of the Upanishads, Bhagavad Gita, and Brahmasutras under H.H. Swami Dayananda Saraswathi at Arsha Vidya Gurukulam in Rishikesh. After completing his traditional training in yoga and Vedanta, he lived and taught in Rishikesh and Varanasi from 1995 onward.

Since 2012, Swamiji has been teaching Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras and Advaita Vedanta philosophy at AyurYoga Eco-Ashram. He also leads morning meditation for yoga teacher trainings and teaches Sanskrit grammar and chanting. In addition, he is the author of “Zero Gravity Living: Cookbook for Enlightenment.”
