
He received sannyas from Osho in 1976 and spent more than a decade living and working in the Osho Commune International. During that period, he coordinated the music department and composed music for Osho’s daily discourses and celebrations.
Since 1992, he has traveled worldwide, sharing his love of meditation, music, and celebration. His gatherings are always filled with music, dance, and song, offered in a warm, joyful way that naturally creates space for love and silence.
Milarepa describes his music as a reflection of his understanding of meditation and love — a celebration of life learned from Osho. The songs carry universal themes and speak to all who are walking the path of self-realization. For him, we are here to honor the great mystery of life through our songs, our dances, and our heart’s silence, especially in these times when that message feels more meaningful than ever.
