
Initiated into Osho Neo Sanyas in 1996, Sw. Nirav Jayant has spent years guiding Osho meditation camps across India, bringing a grounded and experiential approach to inner work. His background in Tai Chi was shaped through training with a spiritual master, and he has been practicing for the past 9 years, with expertise in Tai Chi 10, 16 forms, and Shi-Ba-Shi 1.
Alongside his movement practice, he facilitates a range of dance meditations, including Chakra dance, Mantra dance, and CHI dance, creating sessions that invite participants into deeper presence and expression. He also shares simple meditation techniques for daily life, inspired by the Osho Darshan Diaries, making his teaching accessible and practical. With a strong passion for theatre and a role as a lead drummer in drum circles, he brings rhythm, energy, and creativity into his work.
