Susan Clarke DipC is the co-founder of Thrive! Inc., alongside CrisMarie Campbell. Through their work with organizations and teams, they support the development of trust, effective communication, and strategic alignment. Susan brings a deeply personal perspective to her teaching, shaped by her own life-threatening illness and the commitment it inspired to live fully and intentionally.
She has been associated with The Haven since 1984 and has facilitated Come Alive for 30 years, along with Living Alive: Self Awareness and the Couples Alive Series. Her approach combines practical insight with real-life experience, creating space for honest reflection, growth, and meaningful connection.
Susan has also shared her work more widely through a TEDx Whitefish presentation in 2015, as well as podcasts and other learning resources. Her sessions are grounded, engaging, and focused on helping people navigate challenge with greater awareness and clarity.
