
Permanent Teacher. Susan Caldwell’s yoga journey began in childhood in Scotland, practicing alongside her father, a devoted Hatha yogi. Years later, she returned to the mat in Melbourne more than 15 years ago, seeking balance during a demanding career. What began as a way to counter stress soon became a deeply meaningful practice—one that felt like coming home.
Through yoga, Susan discovered a space where strength and softness could coexist, helping her feel more grounded, more at ease, and more comfortable in her own skin. Her teaching reflects that same spirit: thoughtful, steady, and encouraging, with an emphasis on presence, resilience, and inner ease.
