Born into a family of ayurvedic practitioners in Kerala, Suraj Varma grew up immersed in the healing traditions and positive energy of ayurveda. He went on to complete his postgraduate ayurvedic studies at the renowned Ayurvedic Hospital in Coimbatore, where he trained alongside some of India’s leading ayurvedic physicians.
As his reputation expanded, Suraj was invited to work with a spa company in the UK and later joined The Integrated Medical Centre in London. After many years of practice in England, he now travels internationally as a visiting practitioner, sharing his expertise with people seeking a more balanced and holistic approach to wellness.
His background combines deep family lineage, formal training, and extensive clinical experience, offering guests a thoughtful and authentic ayurvedic perspective.
