Yoga has been a lifelong thread in my story, beginning in childhood play and gradually unfolding into a deeper journey of self-discovery. Over the past 15 years, I have devoted myself to learning from Nepal’s ancient healing traditions, while also pursuing intensive studies with respected masters and sages across India and Nepal. This path has shaped not only my understanding of yoga, but also my approach to inner growth, discipline, and presence.
In my teaching, I am guided by a simple belief: when each breath is observed with awareness, the mind naturally settles into tranquility. From that stillness, clarity can emerge, creating space for a more peaceful and pure state of being. I bring this philosophy into every session, inviting students to slow down, look inward, and connect more deeply with themselves.
My work is rooted in wisdom, tradition, and a sincere commitment to cultivating inner peace through mindful practice.
