As a certified yoga teacher with the American Yoga Alliance, I bring my endless enthusiasm for Vinyasa, pre- and postnatal yoga, children’s yoga, and Yin yoga into every space I teach. More than a decade ago, I was searching for a more balanced way of living in a life that often felt stressful, and I wanted to bring greater relief to my body, especially my back. What I discovered was so much more: yoga gave me inner strength, deep calm, and, above all, a sense of contentment. This newly found balance supported me both in my professional life and through personal challenges. With a background in business administration and many years of experience in large corporations, I am grateful to combine this professional mindset with my spiritual insights.
Since then, yoga has been a constant part of my life. At Spirit Yoga Berlin, led by Patricia Thielemann, I found the ideal path: free-spirited, modern, and still deeply rooted in tradition. In 2014, I completed my 200-hour teacher training and also qualified as a specialist in pregnancy and postpartum yoga. In 2016, I completed children’s yoga teacher training with Thomas Bannenberg. In 2017, I finished the comprehensive 500-hour American Yoga Alliance training at Spirit Yoga, which also made me eligible for certification through statutory health insurance providers. I am currently deepening my knowledge through studies to become a naturopathic practitioner.
I love a conscious, powerful, and dynamic practice that allows us to breathe deeply, live fully in the moment, and find unity between body, mind, and soul. Yoga creates greater stability and fulfillment, magical moments, and a feeling of inner freedom. My teaching style is a strong, meditative Vinyasa flow that is transformative, challenging, and healing at the same time. The asanas move seamlessly into one another and are directly connected to powerful breath. This practice is suitable for everyone, regardless of age or previous experience. The only requirement is the willingness to do something positive for yourself and the desire to bring body, mind, and soul into harmony.
I can no longer imagine life without yoga, and I am truly delighted to inspire others with the positive power of this practice. My wish is that as many people as possible can experience what I continue to rediscover again and again: yoga is always good for you.
