
Stefanie Downing first came to yoga in 2006 with a simple goal: to lose weight and stay in shape. Over time, her practice became something much deeper, offering not only physical strength and fitness, but also a sense of grounding, focus, and connection in mind and spirit. Today, she brings that full perspective into every class she teaches.
Known for her joyful energy and love of a good laugh, Stefanie encourages students to explore their edge while feeling supported and safe. Her classes are designed to challenge both body and mind, while creating space for ease, authenticity, and fun. Beyond the studio, she also teaches yoga for recovery, addictions, and trauma healing, reflecting her commitment to the transformative power of the practice.
When she is not teaching, Stefanie enjoys hiking, reading, spending time with her family, and playing the ukulele. Expect an uplifting, welcoming session where you can work hard, smile often, and leave feeling more connected to yourself.
