Born and raised in a small mountain village in Italy, Stefania’s early life was shaped by nature and a quiet sense of place.
In 2010, she first encountered the Medicine and immediately felt deeply connected to it. From that moment on, her life’s guiding intention became healing and self-discovery. This path brought her into contact with many healers and medicinal plants from ancient traditions. Drawn to their powerful transformative and trauma-healing potential, she traveled to Peru to diet at a Shipibo center, where she also worked as a translator and interpreter for the Maestros.
During the same period, she studied traditional San Pedro ceremonies and the Altars of the Red Path, including the Sweat Lodge, Vision Quest, and Sun Dance. She began working with Soltara with great respect and appreciation for the profound healing that can arise through the union of Traditional Shipibo Medicine and compassionate, loving, supportive facilitation.
Outside of medicine retreats, she enjoys singing, making puppets, and performing theater for children.
