With a long-standing career as a musician and recording artist, Stefán brings years of experience working with sound, frequencies, and vibration into his wellness work. His background also includes many years as a theater music director and composer, giving him a deep understanding of how sound can shape atmosphere, emotion, and presence.

In his sessions, Stefán combines his passion for sound healing with the use of tuning forks through the Biofield tuning modality, along with his certification as a Reiki healer. He is deeply curious about the science and subtle energy behind sound, and brings that focused knowledge into both meditation and sound healing sessions.
