
Dedicated to fostering a culture of peace in conflict and post-conflict societies, Srey Neang NGET brings a grounded, compassionate presence to her teaching. A 300-hour certified Jivamukti yoga teacher, she has been practicing yoga since 2014 through daily classes, immersive workshops, and yoga retreats. Her training includes a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and a 38-hour Fly Fit Yoga Training, both supported by the AZAHAR Foundation.
In her teaching, Srey Neang NGET places special emphasis on stress release, supporting overall wellness, and creating a sense of ease in both body and mind. Students can expect a thoughtful, encouraging approach that reflects her commitment to healing, resilience, and mindful living.
