Sophie Fletcher splits her time between competing on the WSL world qualifying series, running a thriving design business, travelling internationally, and delivering high-performance surf coaching in Australia.
She has competed on the WSL QS since 2017, represented Victoria at multiple Australian Titles, and claimed four State Championships. Sophie has been coaching surf since the age of 16 and works with all levels, from first-time school groups and private coaching to leading a surf retreat in the Mentawai Islands, Indonesia, and mentoring Victorian junior competitors at the Australian Titles in 2019 and 2022. Passionate about surfing and adventure, she brings a bright, energetic presence to every session. Her love of travel is contagious, and her deep connection to the ocean leaves you inspired to chase the next wave.
