Sophia is a licensed massage therapist and yoga teacher with more than 1,000 hours of hands-on training. Her background includes Ayurvedic Sacred Bodywork™, Cranio Sacral Therapy, Reiki, breathwork, and certification as a PanchaKarma Spa technician, bringing together a thoughtful blend of bodywork and wellness practices.

Clients are invited into a calming, restorative space where Sophia’s intuitive approach supports deep relaxation and a gentle sense of ease. Her work centers on the belief that healing begins by nourishing the nervous system, allowing each session to feel grounded, supportive, and deeply renewing.
