
Originally from Koh Phangan, Somvadee, affectionately known as So, brings deep local insight and a strong background in operations management to her work at Ananda Yoga and Detox Center. She oversees the resort’s day-to-day operations, helping ensure smooth coordination between departments and supporting the consistent quality of the guest experience. Her role also includes maintaining positive relationships with local Thai partners and authorities, an important part of the center’s connection to the island community.
In addition, Somvadee manages the beachside restaurant, The Shell Lounge, where she serves as head chef. There, she creates a menu inspired by local flavors alongside detox-friendly international dishes, offering guests nourishing meals that complement a wellness-focused stay. Her leadership, attention to detail, and dedication to service play an essential role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and memorable experience for every visitor.
