
Sno Johal first stepped into yoga at Yoga 360 in 2009 and immediately felt a deep sense of belonging. Over time, her practice supported a powerful physical and emotional shift, helping her manage a back injury and improve her overall quality of life. For Sno, yoga became far more than movement — it became a source of healing, balance, and long-term wellbeing.
Inspired to share that experience with others, she completed her training in 2017. In her classes, students can expect a strong emphasis on alignment, intelligent sequencing, and safe practice, creating a supportive space to build confidence on the mat. Sno encourages a grounded approach to yoga: practice with care, enjoy the journey, and don’t forget to smile.
Outside the studio, she enjoys time with friends and family, hiking, indulging in good food, and traveling the world.
