Bio
Sister Paz brings a deep well of wisdom, faith, and lived experience to her work as a Spiritual Director, retreat and workshop presenter, and Oasis & Prayer Practices Facilitator. With an MA in Theology and Ministry from Catholic Theological Union, she offers a thoughtful and grounded presence that supports meaningful reflection and personal growth. Her approach is enriched by her love of sharing Mexican traditions, especially her experiences of the Day of the Dead, which add cultural depth and a sense of reverence to her teachings.
Participants can expect a warm, reflective atmosphere where prayer, spirituality, and tradition come together in a way that feels both personal and inspiring.
