Siri Hoffman

Siri is a licensed massage therapist and yoga teacher who has been working in both fields since 2008, and in Litchfield County since 2011. Her yoga background is grounded in Anusara yoga, a heart-centered practice that uses alignment principles to help the body move, strengthen, and expand with greater ease and expression. She brings warmth, laughter, joy, and a deep appreciation for the human body to every class, creating an atmosphere of community, playfulness, and challenge.

With a background as a competitive athlete, Siri developed a strong understanding of movement and anatomy early on, which naturally led her to massage therapy. Her work includes Deep Tissue, Orthopedic Massage, Neuromuscular Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Pre- and Post-natal, Swedish, and Integrative work. She specializes in pain and injury treatment and prevention, and her commitment to every modality shines through in each client session.
