Sina completed his studies at the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (VCMT) in August 2025. He brings a calm, patient-centred approach to care, guided by a strong respect for the body’s ability to adapt and heal. For Sina, meaningful progress begins when people feel safe, supported, and truly heard. He takes the time to listen closely and explain each step clearly, so patients feel informed and at ease throughout their treatment.
Sina’s clinical focus includes helping calm the nervous system, using movement to ease chronic pain, and supporting clients with posture-related tension, athletic strain, and stress-based patterns. He mainly works with Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques, and myofascial release, tailoring each session to the client’s goals and comfort level.
Before entering massage therapy, Sina was naturally drawn to sports and human movement. His interest in longevity and health deepened when he began resistance training, and his RMT education in anatomy and clinical concepts helped bring those interests together, confirming his path toward therapeutic practice.
When he is not in the clinic, Sina enjoys playing soccer, heading outdoors with his cat, and discovering new foods throughout Vancouver. He believes a more comfortable, balanced body can support a happier mind, and he carries that perspective into every treatment he offers.
