For nearly two decades, I have been devoted to the holistic health philosophy of ayurveda. In my practice in Flensburg, I offer specialized nutrition consultations, detailed constitution analyses, and restorative massages for prevention. My work is further enriched by the harmonious approach of yoga-ayurveda-chikitsa therapy.
My deep knowledge of herbs and spices through the principle of Dravyaguna shapes both my teaching as a yoga teacher and my therapeutic work. The art of ayurvedic cooking, an alchemical practice, inspires my daily life and also finds its place in my workshops.
I lead Hatha and Yin Yoga, guided by the inspiring atmosphere of ayurveda. Other yoga styles also flow creatively into my classes. Since ayurveda places each individual at the center, I focus on nurturing a kind relationship with oneself. As a companion on the path, I particularly support and inspire women to discover their femininity and nourish themselves with care.
Together, ayurveda and yoga help awaken life force and explore inner potential. These teachings have positively transformed my own life.
