
Silvija Marcinkevičienė has been walking the yoga path for the past five years, while an active and healthy lifestyle has been part of her life since childhood. Her days have always included plenty of movement and a wide range of physical activities, from social dance and ballet to aerobics, alpine skiing, strength training, and more. When she first experienced the effects of yoga, she immediately felt that this was her true calling. In the autumn of 2022, she turned her dream of becoming a yoga teacher into reality.
For Silvija, yoga is a way to keep life flowing in a harmonious, balanced, and, above all, bright way. Her yoga practices invite you to move gently and mindfully, quiet the mind, and reconnect with inner light. Each session creates space for the body to soften, while the soul can rest and return to balance.
