

As a certified Yin-Yang yoga teacher and burnout prevention trainer, I made a conscious decision to step away from the complex world of project management. Today, I live in southern Turkey, surrounded by mountains and the sparkling sea of the Lycian coast. Here, I breathe in the fresh air and draw daily inspiration from the natural landscape that shapes my life.
My teaching combines deep spirituality with powerful movement. We often begin with dynamic sun salutations and flowing dragon or Shakti dances to awaken body awareness. Slower holding postures and Yin asanas then invite you to settle into a deep sense of inner calm. When stress or tension is present, I place special emphasis on gentle mobilization and stretching of the areas that need support most. The setting also inspires each class: the phases of the moon, the sound of the sea, and the majesty of the mountains naturally weave into our practice and deepen mindfulness.
