


“Let it flow” is the guiding principle behind my work: trust the natural flow and allow things to unfold in their own time. For 28 years, this path has been closely tied to my personal growth. It began during a special period in my life, when my yoga journey first led me to prenatal yoga. From there, my practice continued to evolve.
Training & Qualifications
In 2016, I completed a two-year teacher training program at the BYVG national seminar center. Since then, I have been active in Vinyasa Flow, Yin yoga, fascia work, yoga for 50+, and as a certified relaxation course instructor. My teaching qualification is also recognized by health insurance providers.
Specialties
My classes include classic Hatha yoga for mixed groups, as well as focused offerings for back health and deeply restorative Yin practice and dynamic Vinyasa Flow sessions.
Philosophy
For me, yoga is pure life energy: the art of accepting yourself as you are, seeing the world from a fresh perspective, and discovering what may be the most comforting therapy in the world. Through ongoing exchange with my participants, I learn the most, and I invite you to walk this path with me.
