
Milan Ji began his career as an engineer, but a life-changing dream altered the course of his path. In that vision, a Himalayan master delivered a powerful message, inspiring him to leave Europe and return to India to devote himself fully to yoga.
Over the years, he traveled widely in search of deeper understanding, studying a range of traditions and practices. His training includes Hatha Yoga from the Himalayan lineage, Ashtanga Yoga in the Mysore tradition, Tantra Yoga in Thailand, and the study of Nada Yoga. In the peaceful mountains, he also learned Tantric Mysticism, Naga traditions, and Kriya Yoga from enlightened Himalayan masters.
Now serving as a resident teacher at an ashram, Milan Ji shares his experience with students and visitors. He specializes in yoga philosophy, with a focus on the timeless teachings of the Patanjali Yoga Sutras, the wisdom of the Upanishads, and other spiritual texts. He also guides meditation sessions, offering grounded support for those seeking inner clarity, self-discovery, and peace.
