Shoshanna Marks brings a rich, multidisciplinary background to her teaching, drawing from Iyengar, Anusara, Vinyasa, and Acro Yoga traditions. Her studies with respected teachers including Sianna Sherman, Eduardo Pimentel, Richard Rosen, Katchie Ananda, Rodney Yee, Mary Paffard, and John Friend have shaped a practice rooted in depth, precision, and creative expression.
In addition to her yoga training, Shoshanna is a health and physical education teacher and a certified wellness coach, offering a holistic perspective that bridges movement, education, and well-being. She is also the founder of Cuba Wellness Adventures, where she creates custom group retreats and Cuban cultural immersion retreats designed to foster meaningful connection and discovery.
More recently, she founded the Las Aguas Fund through a non-profit partnership to support sustainable wellness practices, wellness entrepreneurs, and yoga training in Cuba. At the heart of her work is a belief that dedicated practice can open the door to self-knowledge, cultural exchange, community, and love.
