
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), yoga teacher, ChiRunning instructor, and personal trainer dedicated to supporting mental and physical well-being. My work is collaborative and strengths-based, with an emphasis on helping people reconnect with themselves, build resilience, and navigate life’s challenges with greater awareness, vitality, and confidence.
Connection, strength, and vitality are at the heart of my approach. I believe people can not only meet difficulty with courage, but also grow through it by returning to their inner resources and authentic selves.
My practice is person-centred and draws on a range of modalities, including mindfulness, CBT, narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, EMDR, somatic awareness, and movement-based practices. I value the deep connection between mind and body, and see movement as a powerful pathway for grounding, emotional regulation, self-discovery, and personal growth.
Alongside individual counselling, I lead movement-based classes that combine yoga, strength training, and running with mindfulness and nervous system regulation. These sessions are designed to support greater self-awareness, intentional engagement with challenges, and a deeper connection to both self and community, while building physical and emotional strength.
My intention is to offer a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, develop practical tools, and move toward meaningful, lasting change. I hope they leave with a renewed sense of connection, strength, and vitality they can carry into daily life, relationships, and community in ways that feel authentic, empowering, and aligned with who they are becoming.
