With a master’s degree from Naropa University in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling, Shannon brings a deep, integrative approach to her work as a psychotherapist. She uses the relational field as a space for growth, helping individuals and groups discover new ways of relating to themselves and others through experiential awareness, mindfulness, and meaningful self-inquiry.
Her work centers on intimacy, authentic connection, and the art of confrontation, with a special focus on integrating disowned parts of the self so that a fuller human experience can emerge. Alongside her counseling background, Shannon holds a 200-hour yoga teacher training and has walked a path of conscious evolution for 25 years.
Outside of her professional practice, she enjoys time with her partner and adult children, traveling, paddle boarding, skating, yoga, hiking with her dogs, taking photos, and continuing her own journey of self-discovery.
