Shahn is a licensed marriage and family therapist with more than 20 years of experience. Over the course of her career, she has grown into a guide for personal transformation, supporting sensitive souls as they move toward their highest potential. Through advanced training at the Wellness Institute in Issaquah, Washington, she has integrated clinical hypnotherapy, psychodrama, and breathwork into her work. These tools help clients and fellow therapists deepen their healing and growth through transpersonal group work and professional training programs.
As she continues to evolve both spiritually and professionally, Shahn generously shares what she learns with those around her. Her approach also includes energetic hygiene, meditation, subtle energy, and RoHun, all in support of greater understanding, healing, and spiritual growth. Compassionate and gentle by nature, she is deeply devoted to service and brings her open heart to every setting, whether in private practice, at a workshop or retreat, or while teaching at the Wellness Institute. Creative and expressive, she enjoys yoga, chanting, and playful forms of self-expression. She lives on a small island in the Pacific Northwest with her husband, a musician.
