With a warm and grounded presence, she brings together ancient wisdom and modern psychology to support a deeply human path of self-discovery. Her approach is shaped by 6.5 years of training in Semiology of Everyday Life, an educational model designed to help people better understand themselves and their patterns. She was the first to translate and teach this system in English, and has since guided more than four hundred students through it.
Her background also includes training in Eastern contemplative traditions, along with more than a decade of experience on the spiritual path. This blend of study, practice, and lived experience gives her work both structure and depth. Through her teaching, she creates space for clarity, growth, and inner freedom, making self-knowledge feel accessible, meaningful, and transformative for those ready to explore it.
