After several years as a Corporate Sales and Marketing Manager, I reached a turning point, and the opportunity to join Moksha teacher training arrived at just the right moment. It opened my eyes to how many subjects I had long been drawn to, and how deeply they are all connected. Curiosity about the unknown has always been part of me, yet I had never imagined those interests could shape a career. Once the philosophy behind the physical practice began to make sense in my own life, I understood that this was my calling.
In my early adult years, I turned to yoga mainly for its physical benefits, using it to balance the strain of weight training and running. As my professional life progressed, I felt a growing need for a daily yoga and meditation practice to stay centred. Through meditation, my Catholic upbringing took on new meaning, my teenage self-doubt and insecurity found purpose, and my recent degree in cognitive psychology came into a new light. I came to see how necessary every challenge had been, and how much stronger I am because of it.
My focus has now shifted fully toward guiding self-discovery and supporting karmic cleansing in all its forms.
