
MUM I Yoga Instructor | Meditation | Japanese Yoga. Sarah Wenz has been devoted to yoga and meditation since her early twenties and has spent the past eight years teaching a range of styles. A deep fascination with Eastern mysticism led her on a journey through several Far East Asian countries. She lived in Japan, earned a bachelor’s degree in Buddhist Studies from the University of Amsterdam, and studied yoga in India, Japan, and Australia. In 2021, Sarah discovered Japanese Yoga, a practice that immediately felt like home and quickly became her passion. By 2023, she had completed her second yoga teacher training in Japanese Meridian Yoga, which is now both her personal practice and teaching focus. Sarah is inspired by blending the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, mindfulness, and yoga into a holistic, accessible experience.
