Drawn from an early age to the powerful link between nature and personal growth, Sarah Connoly has devoted her work to helping people build resilience within themselves, their families, and their communities. With more than 20 years of experience facilitating adventure- and wilderness-based programs, she brings a thoughtful balance of outdoor exploration and quiet reflection to her work, creating space for both discovery and meaningful change.
Sarah has recently completed Aerial Yoga teacher training as well as Yin, mindfulness, and restorative yoga teacher training, and she is excited to weave these practices into upcoming retreats. Alongside her time in nature, she enjoys yoga, pottery, and finding creative ways to bring people together. Her approach is warm, grounded, and community-focused, inviting participants to connect more deeply with themselves, others, and the world around them.
