
Lead Instructor and co-owner of Three Birds Yoga Studio, Sarah has been devoted to yoga practice for more than 15 years. In January 2022, she completed the Becomeone Wholeness 500-hour functional yoga teacher training, and she has also studied yin yoga with Bernie Clark. At Three Birds Yoga Studio, Sarah teaches weekly classes, workshops, and teacher training, bringing both experience and care to every offering.
Her teaching is rooted in creating a safe, supportive space where students feel free to explore with curiosity and confidence. Sarah’s classes are thoughtfully curated and designed to help practitioners build a deeper understanding of their bodies while also reconnecting with their true nature. With a balanced blend of intelligence, sensitivity, and intention, she guides students toward a practice that feels both grounding and expansive.
