Sarah Baldock began practicing yoga in 2010, and over time her appreciation for the practice only deepened. Although she had always led an active life through soccer, dance, and other movement, she experienced firsthand how yoga could support physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing in everyday life. Inspired by those benefits, she completed her 200-hour teacher training in 2019 so she could share the practice with others.
Sarah is often found at the studio or practicing at home, and she brings that same grounded, consistent energy into her teaching. When she is not on the mat, she enjoys volunteering with local environmental groups, spending time with her cat, playing videogames, and reading. In her classes, students can expect a dynamic, encouraging atmosphere with opportunities to challenge themselves, work up a sweat, have fun, and move to great rock music.
