
Sara is an experienced yoga teacher and movement specialist dedicated to helping people of all ages and abilities improve mobility, build strength, and support overall wellness. In 2023, she discovered transformative concepts that have helped both her clients and herself ease chronic pain and move with greater efficiency. Drawing on a strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and rehabilitative exercise, she designs yoga sessions that encourage healing, injury prevention, and functional movement. Her work is especially valuable for adults over 60, people with artificial joints, and those recovering from injury.
