With a scientific foundation in psychology and neuroscience, Sara Salehi brings a thoughtful and deeply informed approach to teaching. Her work blends an understanding of the brain and body with a gentle, intuitive style that encourages students to listen inward and build a more meaningful connection with themselves. Breath is at the center of her guidance, serving as a powerful tool for awareness throughout each practice.
Over the years, Sara has completed a wide range of teacher trainings in Moksha, Moksha Flow, pre- and postnatal yoga, yin, and restorative yoga. More recently, she expanded her practice through Thai yoga massage, completing several intensive trainings in the jungle at Navina Costa Rica. In this healing environment, participants can expect a nourishing combination of natural elements, reiki, Thai massage, and daily yoga, all designed to support deep relaxation, renewal, and personal growth.
