

Sanket began his yoga path through school and college championship competitions, where he earned numerous prizes and medals from Indian universities, as well as national and international yoga clubs in India. Over time, he also trained and guided many students preparing for yoga championship events. Through these experiences, and the positive changes he felt in his own life and academic journey, he developed a deep commitment to yoga in 2007.
His professional journey started with a Diploma in Yoga Education from Yoga Vidya Gurukul, India. After studying yoga with its traditional foundations and teaching in schools, colleges, and private institutes, Sanket chose to deepen his understanding of yoga and its therapeutic application by joining the PG Diploma in Yoga Therapy at the world-renowned Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute. There, he received training in advanced traditional Hatha Yoga practices with a scientific base and gained the skills to use yoga as therapy. He also has strong knowledge and teaching ability in modern styles such as Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Power Yoga.
Sanket is a dedicated and hardworking yoga teacher and therapist. His practical yet subtle integration of yoga anatomy and philosophy into asana and pranayama teaching helps students develop an authentic practice. Known for his clear alignment and adjustment guidance, supported by scientific cues, he creates a learning experience that students deeply value.
He encourages students to bring yoga into daily life in a simple, direct, and uplifting way. Sanket teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Flow, Power, Yin Yoga, Yoga Therapy, and Pranayama in yoga teacher training programs, yoga workshops, and seminars.
