
Saima Siddiqi is a seasoned leader in healthcare and nonprofit organizations, bringing more than 15 years of experience in strategy, operations, and organizational transformation. Throughout her career, she has held senior roles in national healthcare and financial services settings, working alongside executive teams and boards to strengthen governance, improve operational performance, and support long-term sustainability.
She is known for building high-performing teams that are adaptable, focused on results, and rooted in strong operational and financial discipline. Her background includes organizational change, people and culture, and performance management, with an emphasis on process improvement, financial efficiency, and community-centered impact. She has also supported leadership through growth, transition, and strategic realignment in board and advisory capacities.
Her commitment to wellness and whole-person health is deeply personal. While supporting family members through serious medical challenges, yoga, meditation, and mindfulness became essential practices for resilience, presence, and healing. These experiences continue to shape her leadership philosophy and her connection to Kripalu’s mission.
