He believes that yoga and meditation work best when practiced together, with each one enriching the other and helping to deepen both understanding and benefits. For the past decade, Sagar Ji has been dedicated to RajaYoga, bringing both personal practice and lived experience into his teaching.
Through volunteer work with a well-known Indian meditation organization, he has shared meditation with a wide range of groups, including prisoners and government officials. Today, he teaches both online and offline, working with students in India and Europe and offering guidance rooted in experience, clarity, and sincerity.
