Sabina discovered yoga in 2012, after several difficult years of living with depression and anxiety. Her first Iyengar class made an immediate impact, and from that moment she knew she had found something meaningful. Over time, she explored Hatha, Vinyasa, and hot yoga before meeting DRU yoga in 2014, which felt like an instant connection. She values its gentle yet powerful approach, as well as the fact that it can be adapted for absolutely everyone. Whatever your body type, fitness level, or physical limitations, there is always a way to make the practice work for your individual needs. You do not need to twist yourself into a pretzel to experience the benefits of yoga.
With a natural love for helping others, Sabina felt called to share the transformation yoga brought into her own life. She completed her yoga teacher training in 2017, followed by meditation teacher training in 2020.
Yoga also opened the door to other practices that support her wellbeing. In 2018, she completed a gong practitioner course, and in 2020 a friend introduced her to Access Consciousness Bars. One session created such a profound shift and supported her healing so strongly that she chose to study it and share it with others. Today, she teaches this powerful tool as well.
Access Bars continues to support Sabina in living a joyful life free from depression. Even during challenging times, she now moves through low periods more quickly and meets difficult emotions with greater ease.
She is delighted to offer these beautiful tools that have transformed her life so deeply.
