

Ryan offers fitness sessions, private ice baths, personal guided meditation, sport-assisted stretching, private guided breathwork, and nutritional counseling. He has worked exclusively in the health and wellness field and is a guest favorite, with many returning year after year for his fun, fast-paced, high-energy classes. He began his career as a personal trainer in Australia, then expanded his expertise through more holistic approaches to wellness, naturally moving toward yoga, breathwork, meditation, and cold exposure therapy.
Over the past 15 years, he has developed a philosophy centered on total health and wellness. “I believe in strengthening and training not only the body, but the mind and spirit.” He has worked in more than 16 countries with professional athletes, celebrities, armed services, police, special forces, and men and women of all ages and backgrounds. Ryan brings a unique, exciting, and uplifting energy to our retreat, along with the depth of knowledge that comes from a life devoted to health and wellness. Guests can join him for morning meditation, beach walks, ice baths, and a variety of fitness classes throughout the program.
