Rozie serves as Chief Ecosystem Officer and Lead Steward, supporting both the structures behind the work and the people who shape it. Her focus is on keeping operations aligned with a deeper purpose and vision, while helping the wider community, team, guests, and land feel connected and nourished. She sees her role as a weaver, facilitator, and anchor, holding the whole in balance so it can thrive.
With a background in Psychology, Rozie has long been fascinated by human behaviour, both personally and professionally. She is proud to help co-create the resilient, life-affirming culture at 42 Acres, where each day offers new opportunities for growth and support. After leaving the boardroom in search of deeper connection, she found it in abundance here, and continues to practice listening to the land and to her own intuition.
Originally from Yorkshire and now based in Somerset, she loves dancing, reading, ocean swims, and the warmth of sunshine on her face. Her two children are a daily reminder of how precious and wondrous life can be.
