With a strong background in healthcare program delivery, Ross brings a thoughtful blend of creative strategy, service design, and community development to his work at ETI. He has collaborated with leading organisations across the health, wellbeing, and mental health sectors to create experiences that are purposeful, engaging, and genuinely impactful. As Program Lead, Ross oversees the design and delivery of ETI’s programs, with a clear focus on making them accessible and meaningful for every participant.
Ross is especially committed to building community within the training experience, helping mental health professionals connect, share, and grow in a supportive environment. He is currently completing an MSc in Psychology and is deeply interested in the transformative potential of psychedelic-assisted therapy. Through his work, Ross supports both professionals and individuals in exploring holistic pathways to healing, growth, and wellbeing.
